Can I purchase specific seats for Formula One?
You will NOT be able to select your specific seats at the time of booking. Tickets are for general VIP admission into the South Koval Zone.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Package reservations are fully pre-paid (except for daily resort fee and applicable tax on such fees), non-refundable, and cannot be modified. Canceling or modifying your reservation forfeits your total pre-paid package charge and all package components.
Are there specific stay dates?
All package stays require a three-night length for the nights of Thursday, November 16, 2023, Friday, November 17, 2023, and Saturday, November 18, 2023 (i.e., check-in on Thursday, November 16, 2023, and check-out on Sunday, November 19, 2023).
Can I stay more / less nights?
All packages have a 3-night length of stay requirement. Additional nights (either before or after the required stay nights) may be added to your reservation at our prevailing rate or tier discount plus applicable daily resort fee and applicable taxes.
How will I get my tickets?
Digital tickets will be delivered approximately 24 hours to your scheduled check-in time and date to your valid email address on file.
